A portfolio gallery dedicated to the meticulous application of illustrative design principles onto physical, organic mediums. By utilizing specialized heated brass tips to char varied wooden surfaces, these projects focus heavily on the mechanical translation of light values and directional shading vectors directly into the wood grain. This permanent, tactile medium serves as a vital component of my design pipeline, bridging the gap between traditional 2D line work and rustic, three-dimensional physical execution.

"Spooky Season" Mixed-Media Pyrography: A seasonal fine art project exploring pyrography texture manipulation, mixed-media color layering, and narrative illustration. This wood-burned piece utilizes varying temperature gradients to etch rich, organic dimension into a natural wood canvas, creating intricate bark grains and dynamic shadow play. Enhanced with delicate hand-applied color washes, it showcases strong line control and an exceptional command of tonal depth on raw physical surfaces.
