Darkroom Space
A process-driven showcase focusing on atmospheric set design, scale composition, and vintage cinematic lighting principles. Featuring a curated seasonal village display, these photographic studies emphasize the interaction between localized light sources and diverse physical textures. The resulting imagery showcases a versatile capability to engineer immersive, moody visual environments that pull the viewer directly into a playful, stylized narrative.
When designing a seasonal space, the magic isn’t just in the big picture—it's hidden in the tiniest, meticulous details. By experimenting with dramatic, low-angle macro photography and high-contrast color editing, I worked to bring these whimsical, spooky storefronts to life. Swapping between digital editing styles allowed me to explore both vibrant, wicked green aesthetics and high-contrast, moody textures.

An exercise in macro reflection and visual storytelling. This self-portrait explores the boundary between observer and environment, capturing the chaotic allure of breaking news through a literal lens. By treating eyewear as a canvas, this piece bridges the gap between digital content consumption and physical artistic expression, setting the stage for the detailed world-building found in the spooky miniature village below.

Illuminating the void. Part of an ongoing experimentation with long-exposure photography, this piece captures the energy of light tracking through darkness. By treating the physical space as a darkroom canvas, the light painting mimics glowing neon script, bridging abstract expressionism with technical photography.
